Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging included
- Proof of purchase or receipt provided

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it appropriately.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
However, if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover all related return shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.
EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
